Manager
It was a really professional and formal interview process, a bit intimidating but in a good way. Overall, it was a positive experience. The questions weren't too hard and the interviewers were very polite.
- Tell me about your past experience that makes you a good fit for this position.
Cashier
The interview process was super quick and to the main point. They really focused on customer service. After I got shortlisted, I went in for my first interview with the manager, and the questions were pretty easy, mostly about Shoprite/Checkers group values and customer service.
- What's your approach to handling a difficult situation?
Data Analyst
It started with an intro call over Microsoft Teams. After that, there was a data analysis assessment that included raw data and a case study. Then, I had to present my findings from the case study to the team via a PowerPoint. Finally, it ended with some psychrometric tests.
- Do you have any basic HR-related questions?
- Were there any technical questions asked?
Sales Associate
It was a quick interview. They asked for my name and surname, and whether I'm willing to work long hours and hours beyond my normal shift. They also asked if I'm a hard worker and if I can work well under pressure. It was basically basic interview questions.
