It was pretty straightforward. No tough questions or real screening. Honestly, they'll hire pretty much anyone who wants a job. So yeah, I recommend applying here.

The interview process was really bad. I was told I would get an offer letter via email, but I never did. When I called the hiring manager, she told me the position was filled and that she'd call me. This felt really deceptive and like poor hiring practices, a complete waste of time. If I hadn't called, I would never have known. If you're not hiring someone, don't tell them they're getting an offer and make them think they got the job.

I drove about forty minutes to the interview. The district manager for the area met me. We sat and talked about the questions they had, my skills and abilities, and the company. We also discussed potentially moving to another store if a spot opened up. My education, experience, skills, and growth potential were discussed. The interviewer was professional and easy to talk to. After the discussion, I was told I would be hired if I passed my background check.
