I went to the site for my interview and met the hiring manager. I was told to dress professionally and bring my resume, driver's license, and a copy of my insurance. The hiring manager interviewed me in an open area, and her colleague listened in on my answers. Customers could also listen if there were any present that day. It felt very unprofessional and informal. I'm not sure if the worker she hired was treated this way. During the interview, she asked a question where she had to brag about her coworker to me and brought her coworker into our conversation to agree with her. Keep in mind, it was an interview, and even her coworker knew not to answer. I also found it extremely rude that she looked at my lower attire like it was her business. I also found it unfair that I shared my work experience with the hiring manager, and she touched on my questions and brushed them off. The hiring manager seemed to have low self-esteem when she saw me and wanted to take it out on me. I think Corporate made a bad decision hiring and keeping her as talent.

I applied online and then got called in for an interview with the store manager. They asked me some questions about my past work and abilities, and then explained the job. A few days after that, I had a short interview with the District Manager, and they asked about similar things. After that, I was sent the pre-employment paperwork to complete online, and then I began working a few days later. The whole process was pretty fast and easy, and everyone was nice and professional.

I went to the center and talked to the manager for a bit. The next day, I submitted my application. On that same day, I got a phone call to set up an interview. I picked a Tuesday for the interview. The manager mentioned that Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday are the best days for interviews, unlike Monday when they're swamped from the weekend, or Friday when they're rushing to leave. The interview itself was laid-back and nice, just a one-on-one conversation.

A recruiter reached out after finding my resume online. We did a phone interview, and I was called back within 24 hours to schedule an interview with talent acquisitions. They mentioned they were moving fast and communication was key throughout. After a video interview, I was told my notes would go to the Regional Director and the recruiter would be in touch. I followed up after 4 days with no response. I waited another week and followed up again, still no reply. It felt like I was ghosted and my time wasn't valued.
