The interview process was fast, done over the phone and zoom. I had a quick call and they basically offered me the job, then someone else vetted me over zoom. They seemed really interested and excited to move forward and hire new staff.

The recruiter and hiring manager gave conflicting info. It seems like this job will have a lot of micromanagement. You'll be interviewed by the hiring manager who isn't a clinical pro, so they probably won't get best clinical practices or therapeutic methods, making it feel like a waste of time. How can they tell if you're ethical and competent without the right background or experience? Then there's an in-depth clinical interview, followed by a mock session. For $55/hour, it's disrespectful to our profession.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • Can you share an instance where you had to send a patient to the hospital?
  • Could you please introduce yourself?

I applied online and then got an email from the HR director to meet. We had a Zoom interview first with the HR Director. Then, we had a Group Zoom interview with the HR Team. The third interview was a Zoom interview with the VP of HR. The interviews were scheduled using Google Calendar and conducted on Zoom, as I am currently remote.

I first talked to a recruiter. Then, the clinical team got my info and I had a phone chat with the clinical lead about the job and my experience. That was about 30 minutes. After that, I had another phone call with the regional director about the role.
