The interview had lots of technical questions. If I didn't know the answer, they gently guided me. Everyone was really nice. They were keen to hire quickly and pushed hard on the offer. The whole thing took about an hour, and I spoke with both the manager and the owner.

Behavioral Technical

After submitting my resume, I was contacted by HR a few days later. The interview process started with a meeting with HR and a manager, and then a week later, I met the President. HR covered the overall process and their expectations, including questions about work ethics. The Senior Manager focused on technical questions. I got a bit flustered when I couldn't answer a couple of technical questions, but the manager noticed and guided me to explain how I would handle such situations.
