I saw the job on a job board and applied. I got a call back, then I went to the store for an interview. I got the job offer right away. It was easy and straightforward, but it might depend on the manager.

The interview process was really nice. The hiring manager was super friendly and to the point. They were really keen to hear about what I've done and quickly offered me a trainee position.

Behavioral Other

The Chatime hiring process is super chill and easy. After I applied online, the manager called me pretty fast to check my availability and schedule an in-person interview. The interview itself was quick, like 15 minutes. It was mostly about my customer service background, how I’d handle busy times, and what I’d do if a customer complained. It felt pretty friendly and chill, they just wanted to see if I was likable and could handle stress. Some places might even have you do a short trial shift to see how you handle the speed. Overall, it’s a simple process, and being enthusiastic, dependable, and flexible with your hours really helps.
