& Process

The process started with a 30 minute phone screen. Then I had an in-person with the HR Director. After that, it was back-to-back interviews with the Resort Manager and Hotel VP. I interviewed with three people total and became a finalist. I thought I had the job, and they said they'd call with the results. They called on the day they said they would and told me they hadn't decided yet, but I was still a candidate and needed more time, maybe three weeks. They promised to keep me updated. Weeks went by, so I emailed them, and they responded that they still hadn't decided... In the end, they never even told me I didn't get the job, they just left me hanging. It felt unprofessional, especially since I was a finalist.

it was very casual and very fair - they asked me about what the role would entitle and whether i was okay or not with those responsibilities and saw how i reacted to the responsibilities -they asked behavioral questions to get to know me and to see how i would approach certain situations

It was a quick interview, mostly behavioral and experience-based questions. They seemed to be hiring a lot of people and have a high turnover rate. They offered me the job during the interview.

I had to wait for 2 hours for the interview, which was easy. However, I haven't received an offer yet. They told me I would get a response, and I'm still waiting for a job offer.
