It was an open interview, so anyone who showed up got an interview. There were 12 of us, and it took hours because everyone had to do a skills test that lasted about 20 minutes using VB, mainly testing creativity and Publisher, although I'm not sure why since there were more complex software available.

I applied and after 2 interviews, I was offered the job. The first interview was over the phone, and the last one was in person at the property. The questions were focused on my ability to lead the community effectively and handle situations where residents might struggle with rent payments.

It was a walk-in interview initially. Then I got called back and they hired me a week later. I signed the acceptance offer four weeks after the initial interview offer. However, I didn't hear from them at all until I called them three weeks later to see if I was still going to be hired. The whole experience was typical.
