Tech Support Representative
The interview process was super fast. I got my decision and an offer right away, and the whole thing took about two days to finish all the onboarding stuff. Definitely use them if you need a job ASAP.

You'll start with a 30-minute phone chat, then have a 1-hour face-to-face meeting with the higher-ups, it's pretty fast-paced. We usually let you know within 2-4 days after your interviews. If we decide to offer you the job, you'll need to pass a drug test and background check before your start date.
- Tell me about your strengths and weaknesses.
- What specifically about this role caught your eye?
- How do you think you'd be a good match for this opportunity?
Customer Service Representative
It was a one on one interview. The interviewer made up the first 3 questions. Then, I was given a paper with statements to initial next to if they were correct. One statement was about being shown and described the training hours; another about the usual work day hours; and a third about listening to a sample call (which I hadn't). He seemed surprised I didn't know, saying the agency should have given me instructions, but I still don't know where to find them. I had to print my name, date, and sign the bottom of the page. Usual questions followed, like my faults, best traits, previous job accomplishments, a difficult situation and how I handled it. I was also asked about the company's mission statement and to explain it in my own words. Naturally, I was asked if I had any questions. Near the end, I was asked how I'd motivate others, which I liked because it was new and unexpected. My interview was lengthy, going over an hour when they're usually 30-45 minutes. I felt good leaving but haven't heard back in weeks.
- Regarding the company's mission statement, what was it, and can you explain it in your own words?
- Can you describe a difficult situation you faced and how you handled it?
- How would you motivate an individual or a group?
Benefits Counselor
The interview process had three parts. First, a phone screen, then a panel interview, and then they offered me the job. The recruiter was really helpful and kept me updated on the temp-to-hire process throughout.
- How well can you explain or understand complex laws or concepts to people?
