I applied for an instructional design job at a local institution. A recruiter from Chase reached out, and I gave them my resume to pass along to the hiring manager. About two weeks later, I had a detailed interview with the hiring manager.

The Talent Acquisition Manager reached out to me on LinkedIn. We had a phone screening, then I went in for an in-person interview with the Talent Acquisition Manager, Branch Manager, and briefly the CEO. A few days later, I talked to the Talent Acquisition Manager again and was given an assessment. I received the offer about a week after that.

It was very informative. I was able to complete all my paper. They are very nice and give you everything you need to be successful. I like that they found a job where I can use my skills. I can teach out to them at time. They are very open and honest about their company and the people they work with.

I reached out to the company because I wanted to be placed with one of their clients. After I sent in my resume, the recruiter put me up for the Sales Representative job at the agency itself. I spoke with the Regional and Branch Manager for what felt like standard interview questions. I got the job offer in under two weeks from when I started the application process.
