The interview process was pretty straightforward. Most of the questions focused on my past experiences, especially in customer service. They asked about how I've managed clients and dealt with previous managers and employees. I was also asked about multitasking and working in teams.

It was long with many delays. Started with a recruiter and then after a long delay of several weeks moved to the manager for the position. There was another meeting with their leader followed by a long delay. It turned out that there was some restructuring which meant meeting with another new leader. Total time was so long that I had given up on the role but then was hired.

It started with an HR call where they talked about the role and what it involves. Then, I interviewed with the team's director, focusing a lot on behavioral questions but also touching on some technical stuff. The last interview was with senior management, and it was mainly behavioral questions and about my past experience.

I saw the job posting online and applied. About a month after applying, I got an email asking me to interview with HR. I ended up interviewing with an HR person and the District Sales Manager on the same day. It seemed to go well, and they said they'd follow up and asked about my availability to start. I sent a thank you email after the interview. I didn't hear back so I followed up again with HR a week later and left a voicemail. I never heard back.

  • Can you tell me about a time you dealt with a challenging situation at work?
