Client Account Manager
I applied because the role seemed interesting and a good fit for my skills, plus I liked the focus on workplace culture. But I was skeptical due to online reviews and the company's lack of clear info on their website about what they do. I also couldn't find their app in the App Store and their social media was inactive for over a year. The HR rep was nice, and I enjoyed talking with her. Still, I don't really know what this company does, or if anyone uses their services, or if they're even known in the healthcare community. The salary offer was insultingly low, especially for prime real estate in a big office. They said 'base salary is [x], but you can get a monthly bonus if you meet metrics,' but they never defined the metrics. That was a big red flag. Is this a healthcare tech job or a sales job?
- You will need to prepare and deliver a presentation.
Client Success Director
I applied online and was first contacted by the recruiter for an initial chat. After that, I moved on to an interview with the hiring manager for this role, although it ended up being rescheduled last minute. The conversation with the manager went fine, so I was set up for an interview with the VP of Client Success (which got rescheduled on the day) and then a final interview with their SVP of Operations. After that last one, I was ghosted by the company even though I followed up twice and they promised to update me. It was pretty ironic since, at the start of the process, the recruiter asked me to keep them informed if I got other offers as a courtesy, but they didn't extend the same courtesy or professionalism back. All in all, the interview process with this company felt very disorganized and was quite disappointing because I was initially super excited about the chance, but after this, I'd think twice about recommending anyone I know to apply here.
- Why did you decide to apply to ChartSpan?
Client Success Director
Got an email from a recruiter to set up a meeting. I had my interview with the recruiter and then got moved to a manager round. However, nobody showed up for the interview, so I contacted the recruiter. They apologized and said they'd get back to me, but I never heard from them again.
- Can you share your experience?
Licensed Vocational Nurse
It was a recorded interview that lasted about 20 to 30 minutes. The manager was very kind and professional, and made me feel very comfortable. The interview consisted of a series of questions asked in a conversational, story-like method. It was considered a behavioral interview.
- For example, what would you do in a situation with a patient?
