The interview process had only 3 interviews. I had some great conversations, and the recruiter respectfully followed up with preparation advice for each interview. Unfortunately, I didn't get past the final stage even though 2 out of 3 interviewers seemed to approve. The 3rd interviewer is the key decision-maker and is looking for a very specific type of individual. Good luck!

The whole process was a bit unusual. First, there was a screening interview where they asked about my IQ, GPA, and SAT/ACT scores. Then, for the next virtual interview, I was asked to have a piece of paper and a pencil ready. The whole thing turned out to be a math test. The interviewer posed a series of problems, and I had to figure them out and explain my thought process and how I got the answers. Even though I was interviewing for a Sales role, they didn't ask anything about my sales background, only about my math skills. In the end, they said I didn't get the job because I didn't have the sales experience they were looking for. I heard good things about working there, which is why I applied, but based on my interview, I wouldn't apply again.

A recruiter initially reached out, then connected me with another recruiter. I was asked to complete a test and then had a 30-minute phone call. The phone call started 30 minutes late due to technical issues, and I wasn't notified beforehand. I was told the next interview would be the next step. When I inquired about benefits, I was told they'd be sent over. The following day, I followed up about the benefits and next steps, and was informed they were still waiting for approval to share them and that I wouldn't be moving forward at this time, but they'd keep me in mind for future opportunities and send the benefits later. This felt quite strange, especially after the late start and some of the conversation during the call. I asked for feedback but never received a response.
