Account Manager
I first spoke with the VP of Recruitment over the phone. After I took a Wonderlic test, which included some math and resume questions, I had another interview. Then I met with the Sales Manager and CFO. The Sales Manager explained the role and the promotion structure, and the CFO asked me about my background. There were also a few other random interviews with recruitment mixed in. The whole process felt a bit long, but they kept saying they were looking for a specific kind of person for this job and they scheduled interviews fast, so it was okay.

Customer Success Account Manager
The interview process started with a Wonderlic test, and after that, I was offered an initial interview with the CFO. However, I decided not to proceed after that first interview. The CFO's attitude was quite off-putting; they didn't smile at all, showed no enthusiasm, and even bragged about their finance career and education at Duke. The overall picture they presented of the company felt unappealing, and it was very clear that 'status' was prioritized above all else.
- Could you tell me where you attended school?
- Can you share some details about your background?
- What's an area for improvement that your leadership would identify in you?
Customer Success Account Manager
It was a long process. First, I filled out an application with some company-specific questions. If that went well, I had to take the Wonderlic exam. After passing that, there was a one-way video interview. Then, if I passed again, I got a call from the company for an initial interview. The call itself was short, and it was obvious they hadn't even looked at my resume. Even though my years of experience and background fit the job description perfectly, they were looking for someone much more senior. Such a waste of my time!
- Can you tell me about your background and work experience?
