After I got my personal training license, I interviewed with the general manager. He walked me through the whole process, talking about salary and what was expected. It was a pretty easy and clear experience. He was professional, but also friendly and helpful, explaining everything I needed to know and answering all my questions.

I applied through Indeed and got a call the next day for an interview. I had my first interview yesterday. The manager really liked me, mostly because he graduated from the university that I go to. It turned into more of a conversation towards the end. I have another interview with another manager tomorrow but I was already told to "expect good things" from that interview so I pretty much have the job.

Behavioral Case

After applying at my local club, I got a call for an interview. They liked that I had previous experience in the fitness industry and could tell I was knowledgeable about the job. They asked about the type of duties I had in the last job and asked me how I would respond to real life situations. After my second interview, I was hired on as a part-time associate and eventually worked my way into the assistant sales position.
