Manager
Overall it wasn't very good. The interview with the direct manager was only 30 minutes and left no time for conversation or questions. Felt more like an interrogation that a conversation with them. I don't know how 30 minutes is enough time for who is supposed to be your direct manager to gauge your experience and cover the company and role in detail for a management role going over 7+ years of experience. It just did not feel right. If I was selected to move forward I would have had to go through another 2 rounds with other leadership and also one last one for a case study and presentation. Seems excessive for the role. What they need is more time during actual interviews not more rounds.
- Describe how project planning, finances, and execution to delivery are handled.
Manager
I connected with a recruiter who gave a really clear rundown of the position and how hiring works. It was a straightforward process, but ultimately I didn't get the job, finding out in under a week. I initially applied via LinkedIn.
- Could you share your salary requirements?
Senior Manager
The recruitment and interview process felt like a scam, with deceptive roles, staff, and processes. I was contacted by a recruiter from Charlie Health about a role, referencing my extensive background in growing tech start-ups and building healthy sales environments at companies like Verizon, Tesla, and Best Buy. During our scheduled interview, the recruiter started by saying that because the invitation said 'Zoom,' I should have been prepared for a video conference, even though I typically prepare for video conferences only when explicitly told. She then mentioned she skimmed my resume and thought I had veterinary care experience, which I don't, despite being a pre-vet med student. She questioned why I applied for the job, implying I was desperate. This type of employer, who uses their position to acquire talent and then fosters a negative culture, is really off-putting. I can only imagine how difficult it would be for a genuine sales professional to work there with such interactions.
- Can you tell me about your background?
- Why did you decide to apply for this position?
Charlie Health Manager Interview Questions
Quoted word for word from Charlie Health interview reports.
“Regarding Dominos Pizza, how can delivery be improved? (Note: This is the same question as mentioned in many other reviews; it's unbelievable they spend half the interview focused on improving pizza delivery. Dominos should sponsor them.)”
