The process was quite simple. It started online via Zoom and then moved to an in-person interview. The people interviewing were nice and didn't make me feel uncomfortable. Each interview was under 30 minutes. I did have to wait a bit before the second interview happened.

Just a heads up, the salary on Glassdoor is way higher than what they're actually paying. During the interview, I learned they're offering $30-33k for this role. They do give free tuition for dependents though. I passed on it before anything was decided.

It was a long interview process because it's a strictly southern baptist school with a complicated hierarchy. You have to interview at different levels with your testimony to faith. Knowing basketball and having stability in your home life is all that's needed.
