I went through at least 3 rounds of interviews plus a take-home assignment. The assignment involved finding people for a specific search and their contact information. I had to temporarily upgrade my LinkedIn account to finish it and use contact software.

I made it through 3 of the 5 interview stages. Initially, communication was alright, and it seemed like the recruiter was in charge of moving things forward and setting up the next interviews. But after my third interview, I heard nothing back. I sent a thank-you email and texted the recruiter, who's also the director of talent acquisition, three times without getting any reply. For a staffing company, I really expected better communication with candidates.

It was a long interview process, but they really made sure to cover everything. I spoke with more than 5 different people over the course of a month. We talked about my past experiences and how they fit with what they're looking for. Everyone was really nice, and the questions were pretty standard. Just be ready to walk through your resume in a lot of detail.
