Solutions Engineer
Saw an update on LinkedIn about the application, then they set up a first call to understand my experience and last drawn CTC. I got ghosted and had no idea about the next steps. I had to follow up multiple times to know where I was in the process. It was one of the worst experiences. If you want to be successful, just respect the employee's time. I finally attended the interview and then got ghosted again. No feedback, no rejection email, nothing. If anyone's looking at this, please take care of the candidate experience, which is a crucial part of any organization. Of course, I have multiple offers now that I'll choose from. Thanks for saving our mutual time.

Solutions Engineer
I applied for the role through LinkedIn, and my resume was shortlisted for further rounds. The process consisted of four stages: 1. HackerRank Test – This was the initial online assessment that tested problem-solving and coding ability. 2. Technical Interview – A detailed round focusing on my technical skills and problem-solving approach. 3. Technical + Managerial Round – A combined discussion where I was assessed not only on my technical depth but also on how I approach real-world problem-solving, teamwork, and ownership. 4. Culture Fit Round with the VP – The final round where the focus was on values, alignment with the company’s culture, and long-term vision. Overall, it was a very smooth and positive experience. All the panelists were extremely professional and friendly, which made the process comfortable and engaging.

Customer Solutions Engineer
The interview started on time. It was set up with a written test first, then followed by two in-person discussions. I was given a 90-minute written test, and they even gave me an extra 10 minutes when I asked for just 5 more. The questions were challenging and I enjoyed working on them. Unfortunately, I didn't make it past the written test, but I plan to apply again in the future.
