Behavioral Presentation

My interview process only took a few weeks to go through which included a few short zoom meetings and phone calls. What I really enjoyed most was everyone was forthcoming in explaining what the culture is like at Charge After. This gave me a clear understanding of what a true startup financial technology company is like working for. I was very impressed with everyone's hospitality and openness including our CEO.

Behavioral Group

For a smaller company, a very mature interview and evaluation process that included a good balance between virtual and face to face. People at the company not only care about your skills, knowledge but equally on whether you fit in to the hard-working, customer focused culture the group is developing, This focus on EQ helped to create an authentic dialogue. I was treated professionally the entire process and would recommend the company to others based on my experience. NO Ghosting here - the recruiter was in constant contact with me. My only advice to the company would be to move faster as it may have changed the outcome of my decision.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process kicked off with a recruiter call to gauge fit. Next, I had an hour-long meeting with a sales manager, covering my background and experience, along with some behavioral questions about how my past roles prepared me for this position. The third step was a 30-minute Zoom with the CRO, which was more strategic, focusing on the company's current state, future direction, and what's needed for growth. The final interview was with HR, where we discussed compensation, benefits like health insurance and 401(k), and other perks that make ChargeAfter a great workplace. After receiving an offer, a standard background and reference check was completed.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

I met with the CEO/founder, Chief Architect, VP R&D, Head of Operations and HR. Each meeting was an hour long. We had in-depth discussions about the product, the company, and the vision. We talked about what each person thought would make the company really succeed, and also about my background and experience as a PM and technologist. The entire process took about a week.
