First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Chapter Aesthetic Studio.
Product and Guest Service Specialist
It was a pretty straightforward process. HR handled the applications, and after a quick phone interview with them (less than 30 mins), I moved on to an in-person interview with the Studio Manager. HR was nice and responsive via email, and setting up the in-person interview was easy. I felt good going in since I knew them already. The whole process was easy and helped show off my strengths.
- Do you have prior experience in medical aesthetics?
Sales Consultant
It began with a recruiter call in Chicago, followed by meetings with the Regional Business Manager and Studio Manager, and concluded with interviews with the Director of Operations and Director of Sales.
- Tell me about your sales experience and how it applies to aesthetics.
Aesthetic Advisor
The interview process overall was smooth and easy. It started with a phone screen with a recruiter which covered the basics of what the role would look like, big picture, general questions on my past experience, Chapter as a business, their growth and need for experienced sales reps then talked about the interview process. The 2nd and 3rd interview were also remote and included the more in depth questions around sales, further detail of the job description and training prior to starting the role.
- Can you discuss your previous sales role and highlight your keys to success?
- What did you do in your past sales role to be successful?
- Tell me about your past sales role and what you did to be successful.
Studio Manager
I went through three interviews with this company and then they completely ghosted me. After reaching out about the status of my 4th interview, they didn't even respond. It's important to treat people with respect and have the professionalism to let them know if you went a different direction.
- Tell me about your leadership style.
