Had a Zoom interview with standard questions. I felt it went well but then got ghosted. Never heard back, not even a follow-up email was answered. It was incredibly rude and unprofessional of them.

There were two interviews. The first one was a conversational interview with the career advisor. It lasted about 30 minutes. We discussed my past work and experience, my interest in the role, and how I could contribute to the team.

The interview process was pretty simple, they mainly wanted to get a feel for your skills and personality. You'll discuss how you handle conflict, as they're keen to understand your teamwork abilities and overall fit. Towards the end, there are some quick-fire questions, similar to those on the Chapman application, which are just for fun and don't require preparation. You'll also need to give a short presentation on any aspect of campus life (like a program or building) and then have about 10 minutes to draft a response to a mock email using info from the website.

I applied through their website. I've been watching for this position for a few years. The process included a very hard excel & accounting test, followed by two 1:2 interviews with the Director of accounting and a senior Accountant. A reference check was required, asking for references from immediate supervisors. Unfortunately, I failed the reference check because they couldn't reach one of my contacts, despite him calling them back later. They informed me they had moved in a different direction and reopened the position, apologizing for the disappointment.
