Intern
They were really friendly and accommodating, everyone was nice. There were a lot of simple behavioral questions. They are just trying to get a feel for who you are, because if you are in the final round your credentials are already solid.
- Could you please tell me about yourself?
Finance Leadership & Development Program
The initial interview was pretty laid back, focusing on getting to know you. They asked about yourself, your interest in the company and the specific role, how you manage organization, and what you're currently reading. The second interview involved meeting with several partners and associates, and there was also a casual coffee chat with two current analysts.
- Besides school, what are you passionate about?
- What's something outside of academics that you're passionate about?
Professional Development and Recruiting Assistant
First there was a phone call, and then I had an in-person interview. I think there would have been at least one more interview after that. The phone call was pretty standard. The in-person interview went well, the office was neat. They had to reschedule last minute, and then some people didn't show up to the interview or offer to reschedule. It felt like they didn't really care.
- Can you discuss your education and its relevance to the position?
HR Assistant
The interview process was pretty laid-back and straightforward. They did a good job of showing me what the company culture is like, and everyone I met was really friendly. Even though it's a big company, it has a cozy feel. They offer good benefits and have lots of perks for their employees. The company culture is great; they really look after their staff.
- What types of work environments do you thrive in?
