I had a quick Skype/FaceTime interview with Manager 1 and then was asked to come in for an in-person interview with Manager 2. When I came to the office I asked for Manager 2 and was told by the receptionists it would be with Manager 1. When I went in to interview with Manager 1 I was told how they looked at my Facebook profile which I found strange. I was told I would hear back within a week and when I did I followed up and all follow up emails were ignored.

This was a bait and switch situation. The job advertised wasn't actually open. When I met with them, they revealed they were actually looking for an experienced agent to bring their license over to Chantel Ray to sell houses. The plan was to sell a few houses, then apply to be a mentor, then after being a successful mentor for a while, apply for Assistant Managing Partner, and then after some time in that role, apply for Managing Partner. There was no integrity in this process.

I met with each business division to critique them. I was promised a meeting with the Owner/CEO multiple times but it never happened. I traveled to the corporate location and was essentially used for a free Operations Analysis. It was very unprofessional.

You get promoted within the company as they get to know you and your skills, pretty standard. I began on the management track, but then realized I liked agent work better and switched to that. Lots of chances here since they're growing so fast.
