I got reached out to on LinkedIn, and we set up a quick 10-minute intro call to go over my background. That went well, so next was a 1-hour Zoom interview with the hiring manager and their direct supervisor. They asked pretty standard questions about my past work and duties. It was a really nice chat. Later that day, they wanted to do a third and final interview, about 20-30 minutes with a leadership team member. This one was more focused on the role specifics and how my experience lines up. All the interviews were super friendly and pleasant. The whole thing was pretty simple and not stressful at all.

I applied online and heard back from the recruiter to schedule a phone interview. It was about 30 minutes long and focused on my work history and platform experience. It was a pretty standard interview, no curveballs. The next interview was a panel with my potential supervisor, the senior e-commerce manager, and an associate people partner. They asked about my background and experience with different marketplaces.

So you do a phone interview first, just to get general info. Then you do a virtual meeting for more in-depth questions. The phone interview is when they tell you about the package, and ask about your experience, pretty straight forward. The Zoom interview is with one person from People and Culture and two from the eCommerce team. They send you an email with who you'll see when they schedule it. Also straight forward questions, but more about what you did related to the subject/skills/area. The whole hiring process takes about 1-2 weeks, and I'd recommend sending a follow-up email.

it's the normal interview process, the questions asked are also pretty standard. basically, they'll go through your resume with you, ask why you're interested in the role, and if you can provide specific examples, you should be fine. honestly, there were no weird questions. if you're a good fit, you'll get the offer.
