The whole process took about three weeks, so was pretty straightforward overall. It started with an interview with the Recruiter, followed by an interview with the Hiring Manager. The last step was a presentation and group interview with team members.

I had an HR call first, then the dept lead called me, and after that it was a face-to-face interview. The interview was with two people who lead their departments. The process was a bit unusual. The first F2F interview was in NYC because the manager was too busy to come to the office. The second F2F interview happened at the office, but I met with several department heads. No difficult questions were asked.

The interview process was very structured and involved several one-on-one meetings with team members. It was a great and straightforward process. The interviewers were all very warm and professional. I had separate meetings with senior executives and the team members, and I even had a chance to chat with them informally during the interview, which was a wonderful experience.

It was a pretty chill and normal interview process. We had 3 stages: a phone call, a video chat, and then an in-person meeting. I think your personality can play a role – like, me and the person interviewing me really clicked, so it felt faster and smoother.
