First, you'll chat with a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Talent Admin. Then, you'll have a second interview, maybe on-site, with the Area Manager. This is a chance to see the site, meet the staff, and check out how the program runs.

Applied online and got a recruiter reach out for a different role that they thought I'd be a better fit for. I had to answer some qualification questions via email. Then I had a phone screen, but the interviewer no-showed. After rescheduling and doing the interview, I got rejected the next day. Then, within 20 minutes, they emailed me again about another position. I applied and had to do an online assessment for this one, which wasn't required for the first role according to their site. I passed the assessment and got a phone screen, then another one. After passing that, I got a final panel interview. The recruiter then told me they wanted to hire me but for a different job in a different location. They wanted me to speak with the hiring manager for the new role. I had to directly ask if the job offer was conditional on that call, and they confirmed it was. During the call, I told the hiring manager I couldn't relocate, and then I was rejected. They set me up with two more hiring managers for conditional phone screens, but they hadn't even read my resume. Rejected from both and then ghosted.

Behavioral Presentation

There was a phone interview that was scheduled around my availability and focused on my past experiences to gauge fit. The in-person interview was super short, around ten minutes. It included a tour of the site, which was the most useful part for understanding how learning happens and seeing student engagement. Although I didn't feel the interview style was the best for the program's nature, it was still helpful to see the engagement!

I met with the area manager at a Starbucks. She bought me coffee, and we mostly chatted about my educational beliefs, my career aspirations, and my background. It was the most comfortable interview I've ever had, yet I felt she still got enough information to know I'd be a good fit for the role.
