Automation Engineer
The interview process was quick and straightforward. There were a few assessments to gauge your knowledge and your thoughts on the industry. They responded quickly with an offer and a salary that was about average. It's not a bad place to work.
- What are your hobbies outside of work?
Engineer
I applied online and then had a phone call with an initial screening. After passing that, I had an in-person interview in the office.
- Could you explain what Champion does in your own words?
- Tell me about a problem you encountered and how you solved it.
Co-op
I was emailed about setting up an in-person interview for the next stage. The interview was at their main office with two employees. The building looked a bit rough outside but was nice inside. The staff was nice and offered me a drink.
- What makes you a better candidate than the person interviewed before you?
- Can you describe your responsibilities within the organizations mentioned on your resume?
Automation Engineer
It was a really interesting interview process. I started with a phone interview with HR, then I had a technical interview with the VP and hiring manager. The first call was about 30 minutes, and the technical part was about 45 minutes, where they asked me about my past experience.
- Describe a challenging class you had in college.
- What were your favorite and least favorite classes in college?
