The interview process moved pretty fast and had the right people involved. I did three video calls from home and then a full day in person where I met with at least eight people who are key decision makers.

I got a call from H.R. to come in for an interview. The H.R. Manager met me and took me to the Plant Manager. After meeting him, he asked me some questions about myself, my experience, and my plans. Then the Plant Manager radioed for the foremen, who then joined us. They all introduced themselves, and I was then given a tour of the plant, seeing each department and what they do.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • After seeing the plant and each department, which one do you think aligns best with your interests and where could you contribute most effectively?
  • Which department do you feel would be the best fit for your interests, and where do you believe you could be most valuable to the company?
