First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Chameleon Integrated Services.
Change Manager
First, I had a phone call with a recruiter. They wanted to know if I was still interested and when I'd be available. They also set up an interview with the current Program Manager. This next interview was with the Program Manager and we talked about my skills, some technical stuff, the client, what the client and company needed, and what I was looking for.
- How effectively do you collaborate within a team environment?
Program Manager
I got a good vibe from Chameleon Integrated Services, like they have top leaders who really push their teams and focus on giving clients the best. The leaders seemed open to new ideas for client solutions. The interview process involved three rounds, each lasting over an hour. They gave me a good intro to the company and got to know my personality and skills. We had some deep talks about mistakes I've made and what I took away from them, as well as achievements and how they benefited clients.
- How familiar are you with management frameworks?
- Can you discuss past failures and your learnings?
- What successes have you had, and what impact did they have on clients?
Systems Administrator
The interview process was really nice and smooth. You get to talk directly with the program manager, which felt really reassuring and polite. They treat you with respect and value your contributions. You'll get a clear rundown of what the job entails and who you'll be supporting. Knowing the mission helps you appreciate your work, and at Chameleon, being part of this team means you'll grasp the mission and have the support you need to do well.
- We're going to ask some technical questions about operating systems and basic troubleshooting.
- Do you have experience with operating systems and basic troubleshooting?
Assistant
This was a multi-interview process with people from recruiting, HR, and upper management. It was pretty casual, with the interviewer and interviewee asking each other questions in a way that felt more like a chat than a formal interview.
- Do you know about our company, our business, and who our customers are?
