User Experience Designer
I applied online and about a week later, I got contacted for an interview. It was a virtual interview and overall a great experience. The questions were well thought out to get a feel for both how I would fit within the company as well as my technical experience for the role.
- Can you describe how you've approached solving issues encountered in past web design or development projects?
Production Team Member
The interviewer was nice and friendly, and got straight to the point. They were professional but also conversational, which made the environment feel calm and eased my worries about the interview.
- Tell me about your favorite movie.
Video Producer
The interview process for the Video Producer role started with a video submission. After I sent that in, I was invited for an in-person interview. Strangely, the video I made was never mentioned, and it seemed like they hadn't even watched it because they asked me questions that were already covered in it. I was really looking forward to the job and thought the video idea was neat. But then, I never heard back from them, which made me feel like they don't respect people's time.
- Could you tell me about the cameras you've used in your work?
Video Producer
The interview process was pretty straightforward and nothing was too out of the norm. They asked about my experience with producing and examples of what I have done in the past.
- What led you to filmmaking?
