We had a written assessment covering ethics, essay writing, math, English grammar, and computer programming. These were basic questions to test general knowledge. There wasn't a strict time limit, but most people spent about 3-4 hours on it. After that, there was a live class observation and a demo.

I got an email to do a pre-employment assessment. It was timed, about 40 questions in 12 minutes (roughly 18 secs each). The questions covered English vocab, basic math, visual cognition, and the difficulty went up. I couldn't finish it all even though I'm a native English speaker and have a BS. Then there was a personality and career activity quiz with about 100 more questions, taking around 40 minutes total. I got a free personality profile emailed after. Got a quick email saying they weren't moving forward.

Confirmed questions8 questions
  • English vocabulary questions at B2 (intermediate) and C1 (advanced) levels.
  • Basic math questions suitable for grades 4-7.
  • Questions involving comparison reasoning.
