Got a call from an ad response. The process was super long with lots of behavioral/situational questions. They gave me some info but were really vague about the actual job duties and expectations, calling it 'The PROGRAM' and keeping everything a secret. After that, I had an in-person meeting with someone else who asked the exact same questions I'd already been asked. Then, I got a job offer, but it was rescinded due to business needs. Two weeks later, they called again and offered me the job once more.

I interviewed at Challenger, Christmas, Gray (CCG) for a counselor position. The interview process started with a group overview of the position where the presenter had a dismissive attitude and gave curt answers to questions. The job itself was described as a contract position with low pay despite requiring 8-10 years of experience, no benefits, a six-day work week, minimal advancement opportunities, requiring employees to carry up to $3,000 in expenses on their credit cards, constant travel to multiple locations weekly, and monthly pay.
