Project Manager
applied and got an interview the next week and then shortly after got offered a job and have been working there ever since
- Basic interview questions were asked.
Project Manager
I was interviewed for a position that I had no experience in, and said so and that I would be happy to learn. The position I ultimately was offered and accepted did not in any way match the actual reality of the day to day job duties and I had to scramble to teach myself new things, with no training.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Graphic Artist
The work environment seemed really negative, with the owners apparently operating by fear. There's a high turnover rate because employees either quit or get fired for minor things. They expect employees to barely interact outside of lunch, not even quick chats.
- The main owner is vindictive and takes his own frustrations out on his employees.
