We'll start with an aptitude or logic test to check your problem-solving, reasoning, and numerical skills. Then, there's a technical test covering programming, networking, or other role-specific stuff. After that, you'll have a practical task, which could be a coding challenge, design test, or case study.

I interviewed at Chainsys. The technical interviews went smoothly, and I cleared all the rounds. However, the HR staff were extremely unprofessional and behaved poorly, unlike any HR professionals I've encountered. They were unresponsive and didn't provide clear answers to candidates. It would be better if they hired competent HR professionals or outsourced the HR department. The technical panel asked good questions relevant to their experience, and the working environment discussed with the panel seemed very good. The HR team was the only negative aspect.

I applied via campus placement and went through 4 elimination rounds. The first was a typical aptitude test, mostly from RS Agarwal and Indiabix. Then came a group discussion, more like an extempore on a trending topic. The third round was a technical personal interview, followed by an HR round. If I passed all those, there was a final interaction with MD Mekalai R at the company office. All rounds were pretty straightforward to pass.
