The interview process was pretty long, with 5 rounds in total, and I even spoke with some senior people. The interviews themselves were good and actually related to the job. But honestly, the overall experience after that was a letdown. I didn't hear anything back for weeks after the last interview, even though I tried reaching out multiple times. It would have been nice to just get an update or at least some closure, especially since I put in so much time and effort. How a company handles interviews really shows its culture, and being communicative and respectful of a candidate's time is pretty basic, especially for roles at this level.

So the interview process had two stages: first an HR Interview, then an Interview with the Hiring Manager. It was a pretty standard interview. The Hiring Manager was really engaging and the whole experience was nice and friendly.

First, I had a recruiter call, then I chatted with the Hiring Manager over Zoom. After that, it was a 3-round in-person interview with the Head of HR, Head of Sales, and a 3-person panel from different departments. Overall, a pretty straightforward process and everyone was nice. I ended up coming in second for the role.

Technical Behavioral Case

The interview process was quick and efficient. It focused on sourcing details and assessing your technical knowledge. Then, it shifted to evaluating your client orientation and persuasion skills. The interviews were organized by category, and they asked questions to understand how the taxonomy works so I could provide the most relevant descriptions of my experiences.
