Behavioral Technical

The HR person called me for an interview over the phone. They asked for a resume and to dress formally. No test was given. There were 3 interviews: HR, junior supervisor, and senior supervisor. The HR person asked questions and then I introduced myself. The junior supervisor asked about my past experiences. The senior supervisor asked nothing. Both supervisors seemed older, maybe 40-50. The whole interview felt very lifeless. I felt I did okay, but their reaction wasn't enthusiastic, so I knew it was over. Maybe my past learning experience wasn't what they were looking for, or maybe their resume standards are too high (N+10%). It felt like the process was just a formality. I didn't hear back for over a week, and only got a canned thank you after I asked. This is the most annoying kind of experience. Job seekers should be told the real reason they weren't chosen, even if it's a rejection, so they can improve.
