It was pretty simple and fast, but be ready to wait a bit for your offer letter. Mostly phone or Zoom interviews. They asked basic questions, nothing tricky.

I had two interviews that were pretty laid-back, but they did ask stuff that was related to the job. I felt good and relaxed the whole time. The person interviewing me answered all my questions about the job and the company. They were also really good about staying in touch after, which was nice because a lot of places just stop responding.

I was chosen out of 40 people. First, there was a phone interview where they asked about my education and experience related to the job. Then, a video interview was done on Skype. It felt like I was there in person because we used webcams. They asked things like what makes me a good fit for the job, if I'd worked with kids in environmental education before, my strengths and weaknesses, and some questions about teamwork and handling disagreements.

  • What skills do you possess that make you suitable for this role?
  • Can you describe a time you worked with children in an environmental education setting?
