I applied online and sent a follow-up email. I had a one-on-one interview with the engineering manager. He seemed nice and mostly asked standard questions, diligently taking notes even for what felt like less important ones like "describe a situation where you had a disagreement with a coworker." After the interview, I never heard back. It was a bit of a career change for me, moving from design engineer to manufacturing engineer, so the lack of follow-up felt a little odd.

I did an interview after a career fair and then they asked me for a second interview on location. For the second interview, it was an all-day event. We heard from a panel of speakers talking about different parts of the job and the company. Afterward, I had one-on-one interviews with three different people where I filled out a questionnaire. They seemed to be looking for people with Bachelor's degrees and preferred candidates who weren't expecting a higher salary.

I was contacted by phone, and the recruiter went over the position details and my experience. Then, they set up a phone interview with two senior people from the client side. They prepped me for that call. The next day, they called to offer me the contract. The company seems professional and organized, and they know how to hire people. My account manager was great, supportive and understanding. I think the company culture is team-oriented with a strong work ethic.
