went to the consulting company's site. checked out reviews and info about the CEO. had a good experience in the city, Philly. loved it. The building is nice. There's a food corner that's awesome during lunch time with falafel, coffee from Dunkin', healthy options, and Starbucks. The workplace is great. They have party times. Work and enjoy, the people are nice.

The first interview was with the hiring manager, it was pretty short and focused on hard skills rather than culture. Then there was a big panel interview that felt unstructured with overlapping and unclear questions. After all that, I got an automated rejection with no feedback or even a brief personalized email.

The interview was really unfriendly and politically biased. They kept asking me about my political leanings. When I didn't want to say which party I was with, they basically kicked me out. You could tell the interviewer was having a tough time emotionally.
