I went through the final round of interviews. They asked a lot of technical questions covering C, C++, Java, and SQL. I answered all of them, but unfortunately, I was still rejected. The salary offered was also quite low. The HR team was good, but I think they should focus more on technical questions during the interview.

The HR told me to attend the interview first and then they would discuss the offer, even though I told them I already had an offer. After I cleared all the rounds, they offered me the same salary as my current offer. I told them that CG-Vak is a service-based company and I prefer a product-based company, so there are no good points to prefer CG-Vak. The HR then told me to choose the company I prefer, and I agreed. It's frustrating because if they don't have the budget or aren't willing to convince a candidate, they shouldn't schedule interviews for someone who already has a better offer. They made a commitment, and then we synced, so they should have at least tried to satisfy me with the process. The HR's behavior was poor.

The interview seemed quite simple and direct. The interviewer was very adaptable; if they sensed I was struggling with a question, they'd offer an alternative if I asked.
