Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at CFS.
Accountant
Outstanding process, very thorough, kept in touch and the process was appropriate to the role for which I was applying. The staff were professional and always telling me about new roles and allowing me to choose the ones that I felt were a good fit.
- Can you tell me about your previous roles and how they relate to accounting?
Accounting Manager
So, the recruiter called me, and honestly, she seemed kinda new to this and was condescending right off the bat. We were supposed to talk for like 30 minutes, but she cut it short to under 10. It was a pretty bad experience overall, she seemed really distracted, I think she might have even been on her phone. Super rude and unprofessional. I definitely wouldn't recommend CFS in New England if you're looking for a job. Honestly, look elsewhere unless you're cool with being treated poorly.
- What's your desired salary range?
Accountant
I interviewed for an accounting position at their Virginia office. The interviewer was not welcoming at all, making the experience feel like being at a police station. It was an awful interview experience, and their staff need training on how to interview people. I would not recommend interviewing at their Mclean, VA office.
- Can you talk about yourself?
- What challenges do you face in your current job?
