First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at CFRA.
Software Engineer
The interview process had 3 rounds: HR, Technical, and Management. It focused on understanding your grasp of core concepts related to process, management, development, and architecture. It also aimed to identify your ability to solve problems, handle critical situations, and your track record of actions and results.
- Can you tell me about your current role and how you leverage technology to tackle specific challenges?
Tech Lead
The interview went pretty well overall. We talked about a lot of things, especially AWS stuff and how I've used it before. They also asked a bunch of questions based on my resume, so I got to go into detail about my work. Plus, they threw in some Python basics, like the usual questions about programming, solving problems, and writing good code. It felt like a good mix of knowing the tech and actually using it, so I could show I know my stuff and how I've put it into practice.
- Can you tell me about AWS SNS and SQS, and also about VPC and Nat Gateway?
Sales Manager
It was a pretty thorough process for this new business sales role. There were a few rounds where I chatted with the SLT about my past experience and how I could help the company grow. It was mostly a chill conversation, which was great, and thankfully no weird, standard interview questions.
- Can you share your experience and capabilities?
- Tell me about your past experience.
- What value would you bring to the company?
