It was mostly conversational, and I met with three different managers. Since I had a lot of experience, everything went well in all three meetings, and it ended up being a good outcome for everyone.

I applied on Monter.com and the recruiting department called, we had some phone tag. I finally set up an interview with the practice admin. She was very honest during the lengthy interview about the staff I'd be responsible for, including their personalities. She called back promptly as promised after the interview and offered me exactly what I asked for. I really appreciated her honesty about the good and bad aspects of the role; nothing was a surprise. It all went well, top-notch company.

I got a call from a recruiter for a short phone interview. Then, about a week later, I went in for an interview with the person who would be supervising the position. There were two interviewers, and it seemed to go pretty well. The recruiter called later that day and said something about me maybe trying to get promotions too quickly. Over the next couple weeks, I talked to the recruiter a few times and emailed thank you notes to the interviewers. They kept saying I was still in consideration but had more candidates to interview. Eventually, I got an offer somewhere else and withdrew my application. I think the job might still be open.

It was pretty chill. The standard interview questions. Nothing too weird. It started with a phone call, then they had me come in to check out the place. The person interviewing me was on time and really nice.
