They first contacted me on WhatsApp and told me to come in for a psychological exam. About a week later, they said I needed to get some medical studies done. I ended up spending almost 60,000 pesos on these studies because some weren't available in my city, and I had to pay extra for quick results due to the short timeframe they gave me, only 4 days, which was hard to manage with my job. They mentioned they would reimburse these expenses later, but that was a lie. After my medical review and submitting everything, I asked about the reimbursement, and to my surprise, they told me it was only if I got the job. I didn't get the job, so I lost my time and money, and they didn't even bother to tell me I wasn't selected.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

We'll start with hellos and introductions. Then, I'll probably ask you about your resume, your work history, education, and skills. I'll also ask you a bunch of questions about your experience, skills, accomplishments, and competencies. Some might be technical, others behavioral, all to see if you're a good fit. I'll tell you about the company, our culture, values, and the specific job. You'll get a chance to ask me questions about the company, the team, the job responsibilities, the hiring process, or anything else. Depending on the role, you might have to do some exercises, technical tests, or give a presentation. We might also touch on salary expectations and benefits. At the end, I'll ask if you have any more questions or anything else to add, and you can thank me for the opportunity. I'll give you an overview of what happens next, including timelines for a response. Finally, we'll say goodbye with mutual thanks.

They called me to see if I was still interested in the job and what position I was looking for. From there, they scheduled me for a 10 am appointment. I took a psychometric test. I was asked about the reason for leaving my previous job, the salary I was looking for, and the position. I was also asked about the roles I had in my previous job or what I did.
