The process started with a 3-hour technical test. After that, there was a virtual interview as the second filter. Since that interview, there haven't been any updates on the process. They reposted the vacancy on different job platforms. The job description and the technical test content seem to be confused with the questions asked in the interview, as if applying for a completely different role at that stage.

I started the interview process in the middle of June with a really engaging screening chat. This was quickly followed by an interview with a key stakeholder and then the hiring manager, all within a 2-3 week timeframe. I got an email saying they wanted to move forward, and I replied saying I was happy and looking forward to the next steps. A week later, I followed up because I hadn't heard back, then another week later I saw the job was posted again. I followed up again, confused, and got an automated message saying I wasn't being considered for the role right now. I think this is terrible, especially for a role focused on people. I asked for feedback, but none was given, and I was passed off to someone else. It started as a great interview process but ended up being awful.

Behavioral Presentation

I had three interviews: first with a senior talent acquisition Director, then with a Managing Director, and finally with the Head of Society Relations. All of them were friendly and asked good questions, letting me explain my qualifications and learn about the company, plus ask my own questions. It made the organization look really good and I felt I was given a fair chance. Although I didn't get the job, they were nice enough to offer an interview feedback session. That was super helpful to understand why the person they hired was a better fit than me. Overall, it was a good experience and the process was top-notch.

Had a quick, friendly phone call with HR. It was a really relaxed and nice chat. The next day, I got an invite for an in-person interview. The in-person part involved meeting with the hiring manager first, and then a joint interview with three team members (one of them joined via video). After that, HR was really good about keeping me updated on the hiring process and any delays. About three weeks later, they called to offer me the job.
