& Process

The interview process was pretty good, but depending on who you interviewed with, the nature of the job changed. After the third interview, it was required that I make trips out of town on a regular basis.

I applied and heard back from the recruiter the next day via email. We scheduled a phone interview for a few days later. After that call, I had a phone interview with the department director a few days after that. Thirty mins after speaking with the director, the recruiter called me with feedback and to set up an in-person interview. I went in a week later and did three rounds of mini-interviews, with at least two people each time. The whole in-person thing was less than 2 hours. The next morning, the recruiter called with an offer.

I put in my application online and then heard back from a recruiter at Catch Talent. We had an initial phone screen, and after that, they wanted me to get ready for a role-play session over the phone. The task was to call a franchisee and try out a sales pitch using info from their website. After that, I had an onsite interview with four people from the team.

The hiring manager for this role was really cold and talked down to me the whole time. I've seen other reviews saying similar things about this company, so I guess it's not that surprising, but this was the worst interview I've ever had.
