Had two interviews, they were super easy and basic. First with the hiring manager, then with another manager. Both just asked me to tell them about myself and things like a recent problem I faced and how I solved it, my strengths and weaknesses, etc.

I had a call with an HR person, who asked typical interview questions. The conversation wasn't engaging at all, and I actually found her to be kind of rude. I heard back a week later via a generic email that I was denied, even after I followed up with her personally because I hadn't heard back from her. It was really disappointing to talk to an HR person based in a completely different state than where the job is located, and who put zero effort into our conversation.

I applied on November 9. A few weeks later, I got a call from Talent Acquisition for an interview. She asked basic questions, thought I was a good fit, and scheduled me for an interview with the hiring manager the very next day. I prepped for hours. But, about an hour and a half before the interview, the TA person called to cancel because they had already filled the position. I was really disappointed because I had spent the morning preparing. I reported this to HR because it was unprofessional to get my hopes up like that. I would think twice before applying to this company.

The interview was scheduled for 2 hours and they were very strict about meeting either mid-morning or mid-afternoon, so I had to use PTO from my current job to attend. I asked HR if there was any way to reschedule the time, but I was told it was not flexible at all. After the interview, I sent thank you notes, and HR mentioned I'd be updated after the first round was complete, but it's been 4 weeks and I still haven't heard back. I tried emailing HR again after 3 weeks but got no reply. It's really unprofessional and unacceptable to not even get a response after a 2-hour in-person interview, even if it's a rejection.
