So I went through the hiring process here and wanted to share my experience. It was quite long, over 5 months, with many interviews, including a full day trial with different teams. While I get wanting to check candidates thoroughly, this felt like too much. The worst part was how it ended. After all that time, they just went silent and ghosted me, no feedback or anything. As someone senior, I felt it was really disrespectful not to get any response, even a rejection. It made me think less of the company's professionalism. I'd tell others to be ready for a long haul with no guarantee of an answer.

There were 3 interview rounds, 2 online and 1 onsite. After the last interview, I was supposed to get an offer. They told me I could start next week, then that they were preparing my work notebook and ID. They then asked me to scope a project with steps and a timeline, which was weird as we hadn't signed anything. They then said the top manager was on vacation so I had to wait another week for the contract. I waited two weeks for the contract while they called me almost daily saying I was hired and shouldn't worry. After two weeks, they said the manager was back and the contract would be ready that week. The next day, they called to say the manager canceled the position, so I wasted 3 weeks. Their communication was unprofessional. Two months later, they called again asking if I was still interested. I have another contract now but asked them to email an offer out of curiosity. After a week, I received nothing. Don't work with this company if you value your time.
