So, there were 3 rounds in total. The first two were technical interviews, and the last one was with HR. The tech rounds mainly focused on SQL, specifically basic SQL and solving medium-difficulty SQL problems. They also asked some Python questions.

So the whole process took about 3 months. It started with 4 rounds of interviews over 2 weeks and communication was good. The questions were mostly standard UX designer questions, but a few were curveballs. I liked the people I met. After the 4th interview, they said they really liked me and I'd hear back in about a week. But then a week passed, and another, and another. I kept following up, and they always said they liked me and were still deciding. But their responses got slower and they started making excuses like 'We're busy' or 'I was injured.' After a month of this, they wanted me to do one more interview. I asked if there were concerns, and they said they might not have enough work for me. I asked for a decision and prompt communication like before. A month after that, still no yes or no. It felt like they were just dragging me along.

I received a call from HR Rajni Birla (Bangalore) who set up an online interview for me on 5/5/2021. The interviewer, Sriram, was professional and friendly. I followed up with HR the next day for feedback, and she mentioned they were still interviewing other candidates and would update me over the weekend. Two weeks later, she became unresponsive to my calls, texts, and emails. I was surprised by this unprofessional conduct, especially from a company I initially thought valued its employees. Knowing my interview status, positive or negative, is important for my career development.

I started with a background check over the phone, and then they invited me to the office for an in-person interview. I had two interviews there, each with two interviewers. Everyone I met was really welcoming and made me feel comfortable, so it was a pleasant experience overall, even though I was nervous. About one to two weeks later, I got an offer and accepted it!
